Willman James “Bill” Plummer was born in the small town of Sunset, Louisiana. His family moved to Northeast Houston (Trinity Gardens) when he was just a young child. Bill attended J C Sanderson Elementary and then E O Smith Junior High until the ninth grade when the newly opened Kashmere Gardens Jr Sr High School.
