Alexander Jones, Jr.

Alexander Jones Jr, a 1961 graduate of Kashmere Gardens Jr. Sr. High School, was reeled in the Trinity Gardens area of Houston and attended J. C. Sanderson Elementary. Alexander would spend his summer vacation with his Dad in Conroe and this is where he became interested in baseball. Andetria Hampton (formerly Green), grew up in Trinity Gardens and attended HISD schools from grades K-12. She graduated from Kashmere High School in 1991. While attending Kashmere, Andetria participated in various clubs and activities and was extremely dedicated and proud to have been selected as a Cheerleader from grades 9th-12th. Benny Gray Conway grew up in the Kashmere Gardens area and attended Dogan Elementary School and graduated from the 6th grade in 1962. Billy Baldwin was born the youngest of six siblings.  The Baldwin crew had a lot of energy to burn, so consequently, Billy began playing sports early in life.  At the age of seven, he played football for the Apache All-Stars.  As he grew, he was a three-sport athlete at I.M. Charles Wayne Hicks, student-athlete in the graduating class of 1973. A lifelong Houstonian, he attended R. L. Isaacs Elementary, Lamar Fleming Middle School, and Kashmere High School.
