Gerry Foreman

Gerry Foreman, a student-athlete and 1973 graduate of Kashmere High School was a member of the football team and offensive center under the guidance of Head Coach Johnny B. Felder and line coach Thomas Hendricks.

Upon graduation from high school, I began my employment career in the petrochemical industry at Shell in 1977, retiring in 2012 after 35 years of service. Iโ€™m a long-standing member of the Trinity Gardens Church of Christ, under the leadership of Timothy Daniels. I have served on the finance committee and Preteen Ministries. I have supported the Kashmere Alumni Association and the Kashmere Former Athletes Association in all endeavors to promote lifelong learners among our future youth. In my spare time I enjoy camping and other outdoors activities.

I have been married to my wife Doris for 31 years and the proud father of three beautiful daughters and nine grandchildren. Iโ€™m honored to have been blessed with the guidance and mentorship of my junior high school coaches at I. M. Terrell, Coach Womack and Lawton Smart. I would also like to thank my coaches at Kashmere; Johnny B. Felder, Major Abrams, Franks and Ned Streety.
