Arthur Bynam

Arthur Bynam is a January 1970 graduate of Kashmere High School.  As a student athlete who overcame a severe eye injury to become a member of the history making Kashmere Rams football team which were District and City Champions with a regular season record of 10-0 and 12-1 for the season.  The 1969 team still holds the record for Kashmere history, 53 years later.  

Arthur gives all thanks to God, loving parents and their village for his success in his formative years.  He credits wife Juanita and three girls for being so instrumental in the success of his professional career.  He received an IBM Scholarship where he earned an Industrial Engineering Degree from Texas Southern University.  Arthur supported the United States Space Program and retired with 40 plus years of service.  

He received many accomplishments while supporting the Space Program including Engineer of the month, First recipient of the Johnson Space Center Quality Award, outstanding management member and many more over his career.  Arthur has been a member of the Windsor Village Church Family for over 35 years serving as part of the Usher Ministry in various capacities.

Individually, we as former student-athletes and cheerleaders personify Kashmere traditions and are an integral part of the ongoing success of our current program. As former students weโ€™re a part of this legacy and KFAA greatly value your contribution to our history. It is KFAA hope to preserve and celebrate the athletic heritage and tradition of this great school. KFAA will develop partnerships and apply our energies and resources toward a better athletic program.
