David Glenn

David Glenn was a 1975 graduate of Kashmere High School, where he was a two year letterman in track and field and football. David was a two way player in football. As a wide receiver David was on the receiving end of an 89 yard touchdown pass from quarterback James Morgan, which at the time was the longest in the Kashmere archives. As a defensive back David was selected on the all district and all city team, and lead the city in punt returns his senior year.

After graduating from Kashmere, David went on to attend Wharton Jr. College. During his time at Wharton, David was selected all conference for two years. David would go on to transfer to Texas A & I University to become the starting cornerback. Although David experienced some success during his time at Texas A & I, a series of injuries ended his football career.

David is currently employed with Southwest Airlines where he has enjoyed 20 years of excellent service. Some of the greatest joys of Davidโ€™s life have been his relationship with his daughter, Mia Glenn and serving as a deacon for 14 years at Mt. Rose Baptist Church.
