Niguel S. Williams was born here in the city of Houston Texas, before moving to Longview TX, where he attended South Ward Elementary and Foster Middle School. The following year Niguel relocated back to Houston and attended Francis Scott Key Middle School where he participated in three sports (football, basketball and track). As a freshman he attended Barber Jordan High School and continued to participate in all three sports. In 1989 Niguel’s sophomore year he enrolled at Kashmere Senior High. While attending Kashmere High School he became a 3-year letterman in football and Track. He received All-District and Who’s Who Publication. Niguel was captain of the Track and Football teams his senior year. Niguel ran varsity track and played Football his Soph, junior and senior years, was district champ in the 400-meter dash, 4×100 Relay and 4×400 Relay and was Gulf Coast regional finalist in all three events. Nominated 1st team All District Offensive player in 1991. After graduating from Kashmere in 1991, Niguel attended Central State University (OH) on a full football scholarship and majored in Computer Science. During his time at Central, he became a vital part in the winning of their numerous Championships as well as being inducted in Central States class of 92 Football Hall of Fame. He is happily married to his college sweetheart Crystal S. Williams of 28 years. They are proud parents of 3 children and grandparents of one.
